The qualifications we are preparing

Housing management qualifications designed to meet the Standard's Level 4 and Level 5 requirements.

For senior housing managers

Level 4

The Standard asks senior housing managers to hold, or be working towards, an Ofqual-regulated Level 4 qualification in housing management.

For senior housing executives

Level 5

Senior housing executives need a Level 5 qualification, or a foundation degree, which includes leadership and management in housing.

If your qualification partly meets the Standard

Top-up units

Staff whose qualification covers only part of the required content, for example in surveying, facilities or leasehold management, can complete the missing content with additional units instead of a whole new qualification.
